Pasco County Reopens Some Parks and Rec Areas
Pasco County commissioners on Tuesday agreed to reopen some recreational areas to let local residents get out of their houses and get some exercise, but still keep social distancing rules in mind.
Beginning Wednesday, the county will reopen select parks and areas to activities outlined in Florida’s safer-at-home order including walking, biking, hiking, fishing and running. Federal and state social distancing guidelines remain in place. Groups of more than 10 will not be permitted and all visitors must maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
