Completely stopped from Meadow Pointe to the I-75 ramp around 7:50. Is there an accident or is this just the new normal now that everything's opening up out here?

Car break-ins in Seven Oaks overnight — lock your doors

Woke up to our car gone through, and a neighbor two doors down too. Nothing forced — they're just checking for unlocked doors. Take valuables in and lock up. Reported to PCSO.

Power out again in Seven Oaks (Duke)

Out since about 4:15. Anyone else? Duke map shows ~600 affected, estimate 7pm. Third time this month, getting old.

Crystal Lagoon / Epperson membership — worth it for a family of 4?

Tempted, but membership plus per-visit fees add up fast. Are you going enough to justify it, or just grabbing day passes? Kids are 6 and 9.

Lost dog — golden retriever near Watergrass (answers to Murphy)

Slipped out of the yard this afternoon, friendly older golden, blue collar, no tags 😢 Last seen near the Watergrass amenity center. Please DM if you see him.

Road flooding on Curley Rd after the rain

Heads up — Curley flooded again at the low spot after this afternoon's downpour. Saw a sedan stalled. Turn around, don't drive through it.

Free moving boxes — Union Park, porch pickup

Just unpacked, have a big stack of clean medium/large boxes + packing paper. Free to whoever wants them. On the porch, first come. DM for the street.

Someone checking car door handles on Ring (Meadow Pointe)

2:40am, two people on bikes going down the street pulling every handle. Didn't get in anything but sharing the clip with the sheriff. LOCK UP.

Patio set — moving sale this Saturday (Watergrass)

Table + 4 chairs + umbrella, aluminum so no rust. $90 OBO. Also have a grill and some planters. Sat 8am–noon, message for the address.

Trash / recycling schedule changed?

My recycling didn't get picked up this week and a neighbor said the day moved. Did anyone else get a notice from the county about a schedule change?

KRATE at The Grove — what's actually good?

Finally walked around KRATE this weekend. So many spots. What are everyone's must-tries? We did the taco place and it was solid.

Peloton bike — barely used, $600

Original Peloton, used maybe a dozen times (classic story 😅). Excellent condition, pet-free home. Cash + local pickup in Persimmon Park. Mat included.

Mosquitoes are brutal this year — what's working?

Our backyard is unusable after 6pm. Tried the citronella stuff, barely helps. Anyone doing a yard service or have a setup that actually works out here?

Found a set of keys at The Grove (by the fountain)

Found car keys + a house key on a Disney lanyard near the fountain Saturday evening. Turned them in to guest services but posting here too in case someone's looking.

Suspicious van slow-rolling near Sand Pine Elementary

White van, no markings, drove the loop by the school twice around dismissal and parked a while. Probably nothing but wanted to flag it. Got a partial plate, called the non-emergency line.

Crib + changing table — free to a good home

Solid wood, great condition, our youngest is past it. Would love for it to go to a family that needs it rather than the curb. Pickup in Persimmon Park.

Kids' bikes (2) — $40 each or both for $70

16" and 20", both in good shape, minor scuffs. Kids outgrew them. Pickup in Meadow Pointe. Helmets free with purchase.

Pediatric dentist taking new patients?

Our kids' dentist retired and we're starting over. Looking for somewhere good with little ones near Wesley Chapel. Bonus if they take Delta Dental.
