UPDATE: The Pasco County Sheriff's Office confirmed this report via their official social media and stated: "PSO responded to a suspicious person call in the area of Cypress Ridge Blvd., area of Wesley Chapel on July 25. Around 9:35 p.m., in which an individual was walking around reported to have a firearm. Upon arrival deputies located the individual and determined the firearm was a BB gun. There's no public safety threat and no additional information is available at this time."
