More Car Burglars Targeted Wesley Chapel Area Last Night

Wesley Chapel & Land O’ Lakes – Just last night Burglars were working their way through Wesley Chapel and Land O’ Lakes neighborhoods stealing from cars in driveways. At about 2AM on May 29th a younger, slender build, black male suspect in a black hoodie with tan shorts and flip flops in a white SUV driven by others went door to door in Seven Oaks, Foggy Ridge area, and other communities stealing from cars.

This type of crime has plagued Wesley Chapel in recent months and often the offenders caught are younger males from nearby major cities according to releases from Law Enforcement. A recent car thief was arrested after a late night car chase in Wesley Chapel.

Wesley Chapel residents are reminded to call 911 to report suspicious activity and lock their car doors each night.
