Woman Shot at Racetrac in Wesley Chapel Thanksgiving Night

Wesley Chapel, FL – Pasco County deputies and Pasco Fire Rescue responded to a reported shooting at the Racetrac located at 29843 State Road 54 on Thanksgiving night.

 

 

Witnesses described seeing a woman in the parking lot with apparent gunshot wound before numerous emergency personnel arrived at the scene. A helicopter was later observed transporting a person from the location for medical treatment.

 

Officials set up a crime scene perimeter as part of the ongoing investigation. While details remain limited and no official comment from law enforcement yet, those at the scene confirmed there is no active threat to the public.
