We have had a very busy and successful beginning of the school year with many events under our belt.

Some of the events coming up in October are: Princeton Review ACT Practice and Strategy Session to be held on Saturday, October 17th from 10:30am to 5:30pm in the WRHS Cafeteria. Lunch will be included. The fee for the entire day is $15 pre-pay by October 16th and $20 at the door. This is a great way to help prepare for the real ACT. More information and forms are located on our website at www.wiregrassptsa.org and at WRHS Student Services. All students from all schools are invited to attend. Need more info? Contact Deb Rottum, debrottum@yahoo.com or (813) 505-0663.

Wiregrass Ranch High School PTSA will once again be participating in the National PTA Reflections program which is PTA’s cornerstone arts program. It was developed to encourage students to explore their talents and express themselves. Since 1969, the Reflections program has inspired millions of students to reflect on a specific theme and create original artwork. This year’s theme is “Let your Imagination Fly.” Each year, students are recognized for bringing the theme to life through dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts. Please visit our website for more information. Deadline for submitting entries is October 2nd.

The PTSA would like to thank the following businesses for donating food for our Teacher/Staff Welcome Back Lunch at the start of this school year: Jersey Mike’s, Pinchers, Panera Bread, and Sonny’s BBQ.
