Downs Boulevard is moving closer to reality, with pending building permits now filed and updated site plans confirming Whole Foods Market as the anchor tenant. The project, located just south of State Road 56 and directly across from Target, will bring one of the nation’s most recognizable premium grocery brands to the heart of Wesley Chapel.

According to the plans submitted to Pasco County, the upcoming plaza will span approximately 169,000 square feet across multiple buildings.
