Wesley Chapel Senior Living Facility Coming Soon

Coming soon to the northern part of the Seven Oaks Community near Wesley Chapel Toyota and Lexus; a new upscale senior living facility.

According to records: Wesley Chapel Senior Living Facility incorporates 4-stories and multiple options for residents into one building. The Assisted Living component boasts 73 apartments that all converge upon a shared dining space, bistro, art center, learning and wellness center, activity room and theater.

Additionally, there is a 106 room private, skilled nursing on its own two story wing; each floor has common living, dining, activity areas and support spaces. A twenty-two bed, single-story memory care wing is also available with separate dining, activity and support spaces for those residents to utilize. A central kitchen, beauty salon and occupational therapy area are also incorporated.

Construction is in progress as of November 2019.
