Wesley Chapel Carjacking Attempt

According to reports, a man pretending to waive for help on State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel was actually trying to carjack a victim. The suspect waived down the victim and stepped in front of her car. As she lowered her window, the suspect tried to steal her car, screaming and hanging on to her window as the victim drove away.
