Wawa fans rejoice! According to records on file with Pasco County, Wawa is planning to build a new convenience store near the intersection of State Road 56 at State Road 581 (Bruce B Downs). According to the documents on PascoCountyFl.net, the store will be over 6,000 sq ft, and will feature 16 fuel pumps. Plans call for the Wesley Chapel Wawa to be located just west of the CVS pharmacy already at that intersection.
