The Watergrass community in Wesley Chapel is located off Curley Road (just north of SR54).

Watergrass is made up of multiple neighborhoods located off of Overpass Road including: Anglestem Blvd., Windchase Way, Watergrass Parkway and Graybrook Drive. Yard sales will be happening within individual neighborhoods so be sure to follow the map and visit everyone on Saturday, November 11th from 7AM-1PM.
