Vietnamese Sandwich and Boba Shop Tiên's Sandwich Set to Open in Wiregrass Ranch This Fall

A new Vietnamese sandwich and boba shop is filling out a storefront on Mansfield Boulevard in Wiregrass Ranch, with the owners targeting a late-October to early-November opening for Wesley Chapel's newest fast-casual option.

Tiên's Sandwich is moving into 2557 Mansfield Blvd., at the southeast corner of Mansfield Boulevard and Wiregrass School Road, in the plaza that already houses a 7-Eleven, MH Nail Studio and an Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The Tampa Bay Times reported the opening on Sept. 21, and the shop's own website confirms it is aiming to open its doors sometime between late October and early November.

The menu leans into bánh mì, the Vietnamese sandwich built on a warm, crusty baguette with savory fillings and pickled vegetables, which the shop calls its "namesake and its pride." Alongside the sandwiches, Tiên's plans to serve beef phở, vermicelli bún bowls, spring rolls, egg rolls, boba milk tea, Vietnamese coffee (cà phê sữa đá) and fresh-pressed sugar cane juice. Vegetarian options are also planned, including a sautéed tofu bánh mì and a fried tofu bowl.

Hours haven't been set yet. The shop says it will announce them, along with details on takeout and online ordering, closer to opening day.

The build-out has moved along in fits and starts. As of late 2025, the space still had a dirt floor, which is part of why the opening timeline has shifted. The shop's social media accounts have been posting progress from inside, including counters going in and the menu board taking shape, as the owners work toward a firm opening date.

Tiên's slogan, "good bread, good mood," is stamped across its Instagram page. The shop says it plans to serve not just Wesley Chapel but drivers coming in from Lutz, Land O'Lakes, New Tampa and Zephyrhills, a sign of how much cross-county traffic the Wiregrass Ranch retail corridor already pulls in.

No opening date has been locked in yet. Residents watching for the announcement can follow the shop's Facebook and Instagram pages, where owners have said they'll post the official opening day once hours and online ordering are finalized.
