Two Rivers Community to Feature First-of-Its-Kind Surf Wave Pool in Wesley Chapel

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Excitement is building in Wesley Chapel as the upcoming Two Rivers community announces plans for a groundbreaking amenity: a surf wave pool. This first-of-its-kind feature in the area sets Two Rivers apart from other developments, offering residents the unique opportunity to catch real waves without leaving their neighborhood.

A Surfing Experience Unlike Any Other

Unlike the nearby lagoons that provide leisure swimming and paddleboarding, the surf wave pool at Two Rivers will generate actual surfable waves. This innovative amenity is designed to cater to both novice and experienced surfers, bringing the thrill of the ocean to an inland setting.

"We're thrilled to offer something truly unique to our residents," said a representative from the development team. "The surf wave pool will provide an authentic surfing experience, fostering an active lifestyle and a strong sense of community."

Strategic Location with Urban Accessibility

Situated off State Road 56 between Morris Bridge Road and Highway 301, Two Rivers offers convenient access to downtown Tampa and the broader Wesley Chapel area. This strategic location allows residents to enjoy serene living without sacrificing proximity to urban amenities.

Amenities and Lifestyle

In addition to the surf wave pool, Two Rivers is designed to promote an active and social lifestyle, featuring:

• Multiple Swimming Pools: Including resort-style pools for relaxation and family fun.

• Clubhouses: Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for community events and gatherings.

• Extensive Nature Trails and Walking Paths: Encouraging outdoor activities and appreciation of Florida's natural beauty.

• Parks and Shared Green Spaces: Ideal for picnics, sports, and leisure activities.

• Sports Courts: Facilities for bocce ball, cornhole, and other games.

• Community Fire Pits and Picnic Areas: Perfect for socializing and enjoying evenings outdoors.

• Playgrounds and Recreational Facilities for Children: Providing safe and engaging environments for kids.

Residential Villages and Builders

Two Rivers comprises several distinct villages, each offering unique housing options:

• Northwater Village: Features 466 homesites with residences ranging from 1,560 to 2,605 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, walking trails, and playgrounds.

• Childers Village: Developed by Lennar Homes, offering homes starting in the mid-$300,000s.

• D.R. Horton's Northwater Village: Homes starting in the mid-$300,000s, with approximately 30 homes already occupied.

Additional builders involved in the community include Homes by WestBay, Pulte Homes, M/I Homes, Park Square Homes, and Taylor Morrison Homes. These reputable builders provide a range of designs and price points to suit various preferences.

Future Developments

Plans for Two Rivers include integrating commercial spaces, dining options, and K-12 schools, aiming to create a self-sustaining community. The development also emphasizes preserving natural landscapes, dedicating over 3,000 acres to open spaces, parks, and trails.

Transportation and Connectivity

The community's design includes multiple access points and planned traffic signals along State Road 56 to facilitate smooth transportation. Future connections to Morris Bridge Road and U.S. Highway 301 are also planned, enhancing connectivity to surrounding areas.

Experience the Two Rivers Difference

With the introduction of the surf wave pool, Two Rivers is set to redefine community living in Wesley Chapel. Offering a harmonious blend of natural beauty and modern amenities, residents can enjoy an unparalleled lifestyle experience.
