The cost of renting a home in Wesley Chapel ranks 4th in Tampa Bay Area

According to a report by Zumper.com, Wesley Chapel experienced an over 15% increase in cost to rent a home over the lat year.

– This month, Wesley Chapel ranked as the 4th most expensive city to rent.

– The price of one bedroom units grew 2.7% to $1,140, while two bedroom units increased 0.8% to $1,290.
