WESLEY CHAPEL - If you use Mystic Oak Blvd or Chancey Road near Bruce B. Downs, expect nightly closures. Alternating lane closures are expected each night due to resurfacing work occurring in the area.

 

The project if being performed by FDOT and the stated goal is to: Mill and resurface rough areas approaching and departing the intersection Northbound and Southbound lanes only alternating lane closures until completed Sunday through Thursday Night work 8PM til 6 AM.

 

Lane Closures: Mill and Resurface rough areas of BB Downs Blvd and Chancey Road/Mystic Oaks Blvd Northbound and Southbound lanes only.

Alternating lane closures until complete, limited periods of restricted access into communities of Seven Oaks, Estancia at Wiregrass, Esplanade at Wiregrass, Persimmon Park, Arbor Woods from the intersection.
