Residents of Epperson have faced problem after problem when it comes to their Lagoon amenity. It began to go south when the grand opening was delayed due to weather and construction. Later on, Pasco County forced the lagoon to close because there were no building permits for numerous buildings on the site around the lagoon. This set them back weeks causing cancelations of scheduled events and other issues. Now there is a newer issue with unanticipated fees that residents must pay to use the amenity they believed included in a basic fee. Here on WesleyChapelCommunity.com we have heard from numerous unhappy residents who feel they are being mislead. According to reports, resident families might owe hundreds or more in user fees for truly “unlimited” access to their community’s main amenity.
