Wesley Chapel, Fl - Wesley Chapel residents, get ready for a shopping treat! The Grove at Wesley Chapel is set to welcome a 148,000-square-foot Target store, nearly 15% larger than the average location. This development follows Target's strategy to build bigger stores with features such as expanded backroom space, more greenery, natural lighting, and a wider range of products.
The new store will be located south of Cost Plus World Market at the intersection of Oakley Boulevard and Pink Flamingo Lane. While an opening date hasn't been announced yet, the community is excited about the arrival of this household name.
The Grove has recently welcomed new businesses like Krate, a shipping container park for local enterprises, and will soon add Starbucks, Woodie's Wash Shack, a national rental car chain, and a miniature golf course. With over 700 apartment units under construction nearby, Wesley Chapel's thriving community eagerly awaits the larger-than-average Target store.
