A new eatery is headed to a key corner in Wesley Chapel. A commercial building permit was filed Monday in Pasco County property records for Tien’s Sandwich, signaling plans for a restaurant at 2557 Mansfield Boulevard, at the intersection of Wiregrass School Road and Mansfield Boulevard.
Details on the menu and ownership of Tien’s Sandwich are limited at this time.
The location near Wiregrass Ranch places the new business close to a busy retail and residential area. The area has attracted a mix of restaurants and services as the community continues to grow. A new sandwich shop could offer a convenient lunch and dinner option for residents in the area.
