The future site address is 30070 State Road 56, one-half mile east of Mansfield Boulevard. Beach House Wiregrass Ranch will consist of 67 assisted living and 33 memory care residences. The community will be managed by Life Care Services®, An LCS® Company.
When construction is complete in late 2017, Beach House at Wiregrass Ranch will be the third Beach House Assisted Living and Memory Care development in Florida, joining other Beach House communities in Jacksonville Beach and Naples. According to Prevarian, Beach House represents a modern concept in supportive senior living—freestanding communities dedicated to seniors who need assistance with the activities of daily living and specialized memory care services for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Brown explains, “Seniors and their families will love this modern lifestyle community—with its beautiful private residences, shared community living and dining spaces, and innovative amenities. Residents will have a great place to live, with the freedom of life on their own, but with 24/7 support when needed.”
In addition to traditional around-the-clock care, Beach House at Wiregrass Ranch will have an Extended Congregate Care (ECC) license which enables residents to age in place in familiar surroundings with the people they know, but with access to greater levels of care if needed.
