Gas station owner removes skimmer in Wesley Chapel

Wesley Chapel, Florida — A diligent gas station owner in Pasco County is looking out for his customers. He found a skimmer on Wednesday morning then he found another one on Thursday morning and it’s all caught on surveillance video.

Just before midnight Wednesday, the Marathon gas station was closed but cameras were still rolling. You see two people behind a newer model silver Ford SUV gaining access to the gas pump.

“I found this one this morning,” said Hatem Faraj, who has owned the gas station for 20 years. So after finding skimmers two days in a row he knew he had to act.
