WESLEY CHAPEL – Last week on April 16th, in Wesley Chapel, crew responded to an explosion in the area of Curley Rd and Kiefer Rd. A construction crew was working on water lines in the area just north of the Epperson Lagoon Community’s main entrance. While testing a pipe, a worker ruptured a high pressure water line and it exploded. The explosion amputated one of the workers arms, and he was airlifted as a trauma alert.
