Cypress Creek High School Locked Down as Law Enforcement Investigates Tip of a Gun on Campus

From Pasco Sheriff’s Office at 1:45 PM:

Pasco Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an anonymous tip about a gun on campus at Cypress Creek High School. The school is under a controlled dismissal at this time. Cypress Creek Middle School is also under a controlled campus status at this time out of an abundance of caution. Expect an increased law enforcement presence in the area as we continue to investigate this tip.

At this time no weapon was found at Cypress Creek high school and dismissal is complete. Cypress Creek middle school is no longer on controlled campus.
