Bubbakoo's Burritos Opens on Wesley Chapel Boulevard, Giving Away a Year of Free Burritos to First 30 Customers
The locally owned restaurant opened Sept. 16 near Summertree Plaza with new fall menu items and a loyalty promotion for Rewards members.

A new burrito shop is open for business on Wesley Chapel Boulevard. Bubbakoo's Burritos opened its doors Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 33791 Wesley Chapel Blvd, just around the corner from Summertree Plaza, giving the area another fast-casual option for lunch and dinner.
The location is locally owned and operated, not run directly by the corporate parent. To mark the opening, the first 30 customers who made a qualifying purchase that day walked away with a year's supply of free burritos, one per month for 12 months.
The timing lines up with Bubbakoo's fall menu rollout, which started Sept. 8 across the chain. New items include Fried Cauliflower, offered both as a starter and as a protein option for build-your-own orders, and Apple Pie Egg Rolls. Diners who sign up for Bubbakoo's Rewards can also take part in a "Season Ticket" promotion running through September: members earn 15 bonus BubbaKoin on qualifying visits and unlock a free entree after their fourth visit. The brand says it's also running Triple Score Sundays, food-holiday deals, and 15% off catering orders for fall gatherings this month.
Bubbakoo's built its menu around customizable burritos, bowls, quesadillas and tacos, with more than a dozen signature flavor combinations. Menu staples include the Papi Hibachi steak and shrimp burrito, the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Burrito and the California Steakhouse Burrito.
Chris Ives, CEO of Bubbakoo's Burritos, said the Wesley Chapel opening brings the brand to 18 locations across Florida. The company, founded in 2008, has grown steadily across multiple states and has been recognized in franchise industry rankings for its expansion pace.
For now, the restaurant is open under its regular hours with the fall menu and loyalty promotions running through the end of September. Anyone who missed opening day's giveaway can still sign up for Bubbakoo's Rewards to catch the Season Ticket perks before the month runs out.
