WESLEY CHAPEL/SAN ANTONIO, Fla. A brush fire is active near Mirada Boulevard and Kenton Road in the Mirada subdivision.

Pasco County Fire Rescue and the Florida Division of Forestry have the fire mostly contained, but smoke is still impacting parts of the community. Law enforcement and first responders remain on scene.

Residents in the area should use caution, limit outdoor activity if smoke is heavy, and watch for emergency vehicles.
