Morgan Auto Group is planning to build a BMW of Wesley Chapel next to the existing Mini of Wesley Chapel on State Road 56 near I75.

According to plans filed with the county, the dealership will be a seven-story, 130,000 square-foot facility on about 4 acres. The land is west of the MINI of Wesley Chapel dealership (across from Texas Roadhouse and Bubba’s 33.
