Blaze Pizza of Wesley Chapel

Wesley Chapel (Cypress Creek Town Center) – Blaze Pizza, the restaurant chain, which originated in California, has expanded to Wesley Chapel and will open in the near future!

Those who have visited Disney Springs lately will recognize this custom assembly line style pizza restaurant.

Diners can either build their own pizzas, or choose a signature pizza from Blaze Pizza’s menu.

The pizza dough is made from scratch in house each day. Pizza is topped with all-natural meats and vegetables and cooked in an open-flame oven in just three minutes.

Blaze Pizza also offers gluten-free dough, vegan cheese, animal rennet free dairy and tree-nut free pesto.

The Blaza Pizza chain was founded by Elise and Rick Wetzel, co-founder of Wetzel’s Pretzels, and backed by private equity firm Brentwood Associates with founding investors including LeBron James, Maria Shriver and Tom Werner.

The first Blaze Pizza opened on Aug. 6, 2012, in Irvine, California. The chain operates over 260 restaurants in 40 states, Canada and Kuwait.
