WESLEY CHAPEL, FL - Today BayCare Health hosted an open house event for their newest hospital in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Located at 4501 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., the hospital is an 86-bed, state-of-the-art facility that is set to open for patients in March 2023. The grand opening event was a huge success, with hundreds of visitors from the local community enjoying a day of fun, education, and entertainment.
While the hospital is not yet open for patients, it will offer a range of comprehensive medical services and healthcare resources for the local community. The hospital is located between the Grove at Wesley Chapel and the Shops at Wiregrass, serving the health and wellness needs of both Pasco and Hernando Counties. With its strategic location right off I-75 and State Road 54, the hospital is easily accessible from different parts of the region.
The hospital features a range of medical services and healthcare resources, including breast health, diabetes and endocrinology, diagnostic services including imaging and lab, ear, nose and throat, emergency room, gastroenterology, heart and vascular, intensive care unit with virtual-monitoring beds, interventional radiology, orthopedics, primary care, pulmonology and respiratory, rehabilitation, surgery including robotic surgery, urology, and wound care.
