WESLEY CHAPEL, FL - Another fatal shooting in Wesley Chapel area. The incident took place on last night, February 10th around 11 PM near the junction of Bruce B. Downs Blvd and County Line Rd.
According to preliminary reports, two individuals had arranged to meet in a parking lot when a third person approached them and opened fire. Sadly, the altercation resulted in the death of one male.
Authorities have confirmed that this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the public's safety. The investigation is still ongoing and no further details have been released at this time.
This is the third shooting in less than two weeks in public areas near Wesley Chapel.
