Lexington Oaks is a 1,507-home community across 13 villages wrapped around a well-manicured 18-hole golf course that attracts over 40,000 players per year. Modeled after the horse-racing culture of Lexington, Kentucky, each village is named for a popular racing venue and every street bears a racehorse name. The CDD maintains the pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and common areas while the HOA handles covenant enforcement.
