Connerton

Connerton is a large master-planned community off the Suncoast Parkway in Land O' Lakes. Originally started before the 2008 recession, it was revived and has grown into one of the area's most established communities. It offers a wide range of home types and price points with resort-style amenities, extensive trails, and a strong community atmosphere.
