How's traffic for the new Avalon Park area?

Considering a home in the Avalon Park West area. For those out there — how's the commute, the schools, and just day-to-day? Worth it vs Watergrass?

    We're out there and love it. Still building but the town center concept is nice.

    Commute to Tampa is the main consideration — depends where you work.

    Both are great, comes down to which floor plan/community feel you like.
