Pressure washing — driveway + paver patio

Paver patio is getting that black mildew and the driveway's looking rough. Anyone have a pressure-washing person they'd recommend (and rough cost)?

    Paid around the low $200s for driveway + walkway + patio, looked brand new.

    Make sure they re-sand the pavers after, otherwise it washes out the joints.
