(PASCO SHERIFF’S OFFICE) Wesley Chapel – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office has made a major arrest involving a man for armed drug trafficking.
Mark Eisenberg, located at 29341 Laughridge Place (Citrus Trace of off 54), Wesley Chapel was arrested for armed drug trafficking, among other charges.
In the following months, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office along with the Zephyrhills Police Department continued to receive tips of ongoing narcotics sales at Eisenberg’s residence, as well as the business he owns (Carpet Outlet’ located at 5527 Gall Blvd, in Zephyrhills).
Eisenberg was also engaged in the ongoing practice of exchanging stolen items and/or EBT (Food Stamp) cards in exchange for narcotics. This undercover investigation started in September of 2013 and ended last week when Eisenberg and his girlfriend Joyce Stafford were arrested.
The PSO seized the following items; approximately 47 firearms, 3 Rolex watches, miscellaneous documents, various gift cards, 12 Access State Benefit Cards (EBT/Food Stamp cards issued to other persons not present), financial documents, jewelry, $3,300 in U.S. currency, a 1999 GMC van, a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado truck, 11.2 grams of Oxycodone, 33.1 grams of Hydrocodone, 4.3 grams of Hydromorphone (Dilaudid), 9.3 grams of Morphine, 0.6 grams of Clonazapam (Klonopin), 17.5 grams Propoxyphene (Propacet), 3.6 grams of Amphetamine (Adderall), 1.0 gram of Carisoprodol (Soma), 3.89 grams of Alprazolam (Xanax), and 191 grams of marijuana.
Eisenberg is charged with Armed Trafficking of multiple drugs.
Eiseberg’s girlfriend Joyce Staford was arrested for Possession of Amphetamines, Possession of Marijuana (felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
