Street Racing Problem Continues in Wesley Chapel

An article by ABC Action News recently highlighted an ongoing problem in Wesley Chapel. Numerous reports of street racing in Wesley Chapel’s wiregrass area are continuing to come in, and residents of the Estancia at Wiregrass and Arbor’s at Wiregrass community are asking for a solution.

A trip to the location reveals numerous marks from burn outs and donuts being performed on Chancey Road near Wiregrass Ranch Blvd.

According to the FHP, in June, a Camaro and a Mustang were involved in a crash on Chancey Road. The accident caused one vehicle land on a sidewalk which could have easily injured or killed a family out walking.
