WESLEY CHAPEL MAN ACCUSED IN MULTIPLE TAMPA BURGLARIES
TBREPORTER – A Wesley Chapel man was arrested in connection with four burglaries that took place Tuesday (March 5), the Tampa Police Department said.

Noel Martinez, 51, of Wesley Chapel, was charged with four counts of Burglary of an Unoccupied Structure, two counts of Grand Theft from a Dwelling, and seven counts of Violation of Probation (related to earlier burglaries and thefts). He is on probation for burglary out of Pasco County.
Police said Martinez forced entry to Cirilla’s adult store at 732 N Dale Mabry Highway by prying open the front glass door. Once inside, he tried to break into the safe, but was unable to open it. He fled without removing any property.
Martinez then went to another business, HotWax Glass Smoke Shop at 410 N Dale Mabry Highway, where he shattered the glass door. Police said he took cigarettes and vaping materials. He then fled south on Dale Mabry Highway where he was stopped by Tampa police officers.
