New Publix coming to Wesley Chapel!

Wesley Chapel, FL – Wesley Chapel residents are buzzing with excitement as plans for a new Publix store unfold at the intersection of Two Rivers Blvd and State Road 56. This development marks a significant addition to the new community, offering locals a new hub for their grocery and retail needs. The store is expected to open in late 2024 to early 2025.

Nestled within the new and under construction Two Rivers development, the upcoming Publix store is set to enhance the living experience for residents with its modern design and comprehensive selection of goods. Two Rivers, celebrated for its ideal proximity to Wesley Chapel, is designed to provide a "best-of-both-worlds" lifestyle, combining the tranquility of suburban living with the convenience of urban amenities.

The expansive Two Rivers project will feature over 7,500 residential units, including single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and villas. Residents will enjoy a plethora of community facilities such as clubhouses, swimming pools, parks, trails, and sports courts. The development also promises an enriching environment with planned K-12 schools and diverse retail spaces that will include dining, cafes, groceries, beauty services, and fitness centers, among others.

Among the first neighborhoods within Two Rivers to open their doors are Childers by Lennar Homes and Northwater by D.R. Horton. Childers boasts 447 homesites, with approximately 100 homes sold and 65 families already settled. Homes in Childers are priced starting in the mid-$300,000s. Similarly, Northwater offers 360 homes, with prices also starting in the mid-$300,000s, and about 30 homes already occupied by residents.

The selection of the Two Rivers locale for the new Publix underscores the area's growth potential and strategic importance. Situated halfway between Morris Bridge Road and US301, the site, while geographically closer to South Zephyrhills, is embraced as part of Wesley Chapel to reflect its burgeoning value and community identity.

This latest retail addition is anticipated to not only serve the daily needs of the Two Rivers and Wesley Chapel residents but also become a focal point for social and economic activity in the area. The new Publix store, with its state-of-the-art design, aligns with the modern aesthetic and convenience of newer Publix outlets across the region, ensuring a shopping experience that residents can look forward to.
