Gardening 365 Gardening and Plant sale festival

PASCO COUNTY, FL —- The University of Florida/IFAS Pasco Extension Master Gardeners are hosting the Gardening 365 Plant and Garden Vendor Festival in San Antonio, FL on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 9:00-3:00 PM (12200 Main Street, San Antonio, FL). Ornamentals, native plants, fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, and gardening products galore will be available. Garden art, bird houses and worm castings are just a few of the many items to be found from vendors across Florida. Free educational seminars on rain water harvesting, hydroponics, cooking with herbs, drip irrigation, container gardening and sessions on attracting hummingbirds will be held throughout the day along with a Pumpkin Patch, live honey bee exhibit and butterfly release, insect displays and the Audubon Birds of Prey will highlight the day. Door prizes will be given away and there is a wonderful selection of beautiful items to be had at the silent auction. There’s fun for the whole family, including kids of all ages, with free glitter tattoos! And, the Pasco Sheriff’s Mounted Posse will be on hand. 4-H Youth will valet your items for easy pickup. The Pasco County Animal Services Tail Wagon will be there to offer pet adoptions from 9:00-12:00. Take home a furry friend! Admission and parking are free. Rain or shine. ATMs available on site.
