$44 Million Wiregrass Sports Complex Planned for Wesley Chapel

Just south of Estancia at Wiregrass and just to the East of Seven Oaks will soon be the Wiregrass Sports Complex (official name has not been chosen)!

Indoor Sports Complex

The sports complex will be built on more than 220 acres of land in the Wiregrass area of Welsey Chapel just behind Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel. Access will be from Wiregrass Ranch Blvd, Chancey Road, or State Road 56.

Entryway and Drop Off Area

A 128-room Residence Inn by Marriott will be built at the complex, at a cost of roughly $19 million.

Hotel

The 98 thousand sqare-ft. indoor sports facility will host major tournaments for basketball, volleyball, cheerleading and other indoor sports. It also will boast meeting rooms and concession stands. There will also be an amphitheatre as well as football and soccer fields and park trails.
