At approximately 12:20 a.m. on July 4th, Terry Carver, 53, of Wesley Chapel, backed his Ford pickup truck into a parked Dodge Durango at the Cumberland Farms store at 34434 State Road 54, troopers said.

Carver then drove away from the scene, troopers said.
