Frontier Communications Customers Complain to Florida Attorney General

A lot of Wesley Chapel Community Website users have recently wrote us regarding  Frontier Communications (took over for Verizon). Locals are reporting outages, issues with billing, and a lack of customer service from the company.

Apparently this is a problem with Frontier customers all over Florida. Now, Attorney General Pam Bondi is telling Frontier to shape up.

According to a news release sent Monday, Bondi says her office received over 100 complaints from people still struggling with the change.
