Car Burglars Targeting Wesley Chapel Communities Last Few Nights

There have been several car burglaries in the Seven Oaks, Northwood, and Lakes communities in Wesley Chapel. The Sheriff’s Office has gone as far as posting electronic signs asking residents to lock their vehicle doors but that has not helped, and residents of Wesley Chapel continue to leave their cars unlocked leading to more opportunistic criminals coming into communities and stealing valuables overnight. Property, money, and even handguns left in unlocked vehicles have been stolen according to residents in the Seven Oaks community.

Remember as the Sheriff’s Office says on their Facebook and Twitter, “Keep what is yours, Lock your doors”.
