Attempted Kidnapping at bus stop in nearby Zephyrhills

On Monday 3/9/15 at around 3:30 pm, an 11 year old boy was dropped off by his school bus on 23rd Street/Darren Drive in Zephyrhills on the east side of the road. He was then approached by a Hispanic male who was driving a dark gray 2002-2006 Ford Expedition. The suspect attempted to entice the child into his vehicle but the victim ran away. The suspect fled the scene.

The suspect is described a a Hispanic male 30-40 years of age, medium build, dark slicked back hair, short facial hair, tan complexion. He was wearing a long sleeve black t-shirt and did not have a Hispanic accent according to the victim.
